In order to install Unreal Engine, you will need to create an Epic Games account. You may visit their website through the link attached below.
Epic Games Store | Download & Play PC Games, Mods, DLC & More - Epic Games
Once you have created your account, simply sign in through the sign-in button located on the top-right part of the Epic Games page. Follow the sign-in prompts and you should be good to go!

When you sign in, you should be redirected to the front page of epic games again. In order for you to download the installer, simply click on the "Get Epic Games" button right next to the sign-in button on the top-right part of the page. The installer will then be automatically downloaded. Sometimes, Chrome or Firefox will ask for permission to allow the download. Simply click allow/yes and the download will start as soon as you do so.
Once the installer is done downloading, simply follow the installation prompts. I will attach the link to the installation demonstration that I have followed to be as precise as possible.

It is indicated that Unreal Engine ver. 2.27.0 is required to be installed for the program. However, if you want to install a different version of the software, you are free to do so. Simply click the plus button on the Engine Versions tab and it will show you the available versions of Unreal Engine. You will need to click install and wait for the program to launch automatically (if you choose that option).
